This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for services provided by TMZON. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
Important: TMZON provides facilitation and consultation services for trademark services and documentation work. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.
2. Service Initiation & Commencement
Services are deemed to have commenced when any of the following occurs:
- Receipt of complete service request and required information
- Consultation, document review, or drafting begins
- Communication with authorities is initiated on your behalf
- Any preparatory or administrative work is undertaken
Once service commencement occurs, refund eligibility is restricted as detailed below.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Before Service Commencement: 100% refund if cancellation is requested before any work starts.
- Failure Attributable to TMZON: Full refund if we are unable to initiate services due to internal reasons.
- Duplicate or Excess Payment: Refund for verified duplicate transactions.
- Payment Gateway Error: Refund subject to confirmation from the payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
The following cases are strictly non-refundable:
- Once service commencement has occurred
- Rejection or adverse decision by government authorities
- Delays or failure caused by client non-cooperation
- Change of decision after work has started
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- Completion of service, irrespective of outcome
5. Cancellation Process
Cancellation requests must:
- Be submitted via email to support@tmzon.com
- Include service reference details
- Clearly state the reason for cancellation
Requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days. Refunds, if approved, are processed as per this Policy.
6. Government & Third-Party Fees
- TMZON Fees: Governed strictly by this Policy.
- Government Fees: Non-refundable once paid to authorities.
- Third-Party Charges: Non-refundable once services are executed.
- Taxes: Non-refundable once remitted.
7. Refund Processing
- Processing time: 10–15 business days after approval
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Bank or transaction charges may be deducted
- Email confirmation will be provided
Actual credit timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
8. Force Majeure
TMZON shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Government system outages
- Regulatory changes
- Natural disasters or public emergencies
- Telecommunication or internet failures
No refund shall be issued solely due to such delays.
9. Dispute Resolution
For refund-related disputes:

- Provide complete supporting documentation
- Resolution response within 7 business days
- Further remedies governed by Terms & Conditions
10. Policy Changes
TMZON reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
